I can change the date manually in the second position but if I change the time manually after midnight the date doesn't change. If the time is set and the date is set correctly it still will not change when the time passes midnight. I have a Navimetre Heritage and something seems to have gone wrong with date adjustment. I recently tried to change the date on my 1 month old Super Ocean Chrono LE with the Breitling caliber 23 inside. For some reason I'm unable to quick set the date. I've pulled the crown out in position #2 as described in the user manual, but nothing happens when I turn it.:-. Sometime after the battery replacement I noticed that the date got stuck between days, and the minute hand lagged by about 5 minutes once every month or so. As the date issue I thought could've been me not changing it properly (the wheel is pretty stiff), and the minute hand issue was hard to detect I didn't immediately spot it, but eventually .

I just noticed this morning that the date on my Navitimer 01 hasn't changed correctly last night. It was stuck between the 23th and 24th. I can still adjust the date by hand. I first adjusted the time to the next day and it popped from 25 to 26 normally. During the hours of roughly between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM the movement is in the process of changing the date window. Beitling, and most other manufacturers, state that the user should not attempt to adjust the time during the date change cycle. Sometimes (maybe once or twice a month, but there is no pattern to the day on which it happens), the date wheel does not change properly - it either overshoots or doesn't quite go far enough.
